Did the same thing at lake Austin, lots of sand on the edges of the road and you go just a biiiit wide and … woosh. Mine was a very tight decreasing radius turn though, so not sure what his excuse was riding so wide there… odd. Poor dude. And was that the guy with the big guns but no jacket? Bet he’s not gunna do that again! OUCH!!!!
Nevermind, I’m an idiot, the guy w/o the jacket was on the green bike, that was a red bike. Still probably hurt like hell though. =o

It’s good you ride with safe distances between bikes. Glad he is okay.
BTW, 250 sounds nice… my previous ’06 ZZR250 (Ninja) sounded quite a bit rougher!

In Finland we have driving schools. You get a licence when you’r good enough to driven outside practice area.

How is the snow?
yeah, the snow….. I only have about 4 or 5 months of good riding weather if it doesn’t rain. As far as the snow, thought about a ski up front and a chain in back…..ok, maybe not a good idea….

You could get a dirt buggy that maybe coudl handle the snow (or better yet a snowmobile)
