yeah. different bikes can hit different speeds. but yourgunna want to listen to the motor. and keep it on a low rev when your starting. cause if you accidently throw that clutch going into second your gunnna be flat on your back.
Haha good job dude! And yea I just got my starter bike today and was pretty shaky on the streets lol stalled quite a few times….but I played it off and made it seem like my bike was messing up lol. Had to get it home don’t call me a douche!!! Lol but yea Ima keep it in first gear for a while lol. Tell drivers to GO AROUND!! Lol
so far i can ride a bike with little problems, but i cant turn (i have the same problem with ridding cars) based on how wide i turn am assuming that if i were at a 2 lane highway i would always be riding on the opposite side of the road
hey i have a question, so from bottom gear to top it goes 1,neutral,2,3,4 but the thing i dont understand is how do you start in first gear then go to 2nd gear without going through neutral? i hope its not a dumb question i just dont wanna mess myself up on my first ride
you can only shift from 1st to Neutral if you are going at a slow speed of less than 10 MPH (i think 10MPH) i dont see why you would wana go to neutral. at parking you have to be in gear and at long stops the best thing to do is stall the motor by holding the brake and dropping the clutch (you have to be stopped or you will burnout)
when you are starting from a stop in first gear, once the bike gets moving (at all) can you completely let out the clutch, or do you have to wait until you’re going faster?
also when you shift gears, do you have to ease the clutch out between every gear, or can you just let it out quickly? (I’m talking about shifting from 1-2, 2-3, etc., not starting in 1st from a stop)
You have to use to clutch every time your shift. And you have to wait until its going a bit faster, when you directly release the clutch maximum the engine wil go off. Sorry for my bad english.
between every gear there is a neutral, because there is between every gear a small point when the gears eachother not grapping. But if you shifting you put the shifthandle entirely to the top so you don’t come in that small point and your going from 1 to 2. If you wanna go back in neutral you have to pull the shifthandle very slowly between normal position and the top. I hope i helped you and sorry for my bad english !
Sorry but you can better watch How to ride a motorcycle – Shifting Gears on this channel. Because my english isn’t so good so i cant explain it very well to you.
Yeah im getting the Kawasaki 250R. So what your saying is in first gear you can get to around 20mph?

when you shift up from first, there are two detents that you can shift up. a half click up gets you to neutral, a whole click up gets you to second.
everyone has bad english
u can let the clutch out quick to the biteing point and then smooth ones u hit the biting point
Everyone has poor English, dumbass.
Sounds like Seth Rogen, but anyway. Great Videos!
sooo, everytime u come to a red light, u start that all over???
“The bike will not start unless your holding the clutch in” ? Thats wrong…
Is it ok to downshift just before taking a turn or while taking a turn.
