    Uhm, yeah, I don’t think they want any Americans in there, but is open to everyone. I think what you tried to say is that if Americans were to go to Cuba, they wouldn’t be able to get out, maybe not alive. Other than that I know Cuba offers scholarships for those people who want to study medicine in Cuba, but this scholarships are offer to other latin american countries though. And they are able to leave Cuba and go back whenever they want, at least that’s what I’ve heard.
