Cool man! Setup looked fine! Breaking in a new bike can be frustrating! Get the miles done in the first week, then try reving the gears out to see how it feels. It is wicked to see you out on the road! Keep the videos coming! Do you have any good twisties where you live? Nice bike!!!
Hope you live in a good neighborhood then, and have comprehensive on your insurance. Have you thought about some security options, or you not worried? You should also try to cover it, I think, so it won’t rain on it.
ooh the high quality takes a little while to show up on yahoo usually about 2-4hrs before it comes up … -also a tip i hear the tires on the 250r are pretty slick so be careful would have to ask so other ppl if there really as bad as some people really claim -maybe you can tell but its worth a mention
Yeah, all new bike tires are slick due to a factory coating. It is recomended to take it easy for a while. But its not really bad. Just don’t take any 35 mph turns at 110 and you’ll be ok.
cool, about the fuel gauge i’ve experienced similar problem with the tachometer, turns out it was disconnected thick cable from the back of the cluster, i put it back in and it worked fine.
Thats what I thought it was at first also but the cable is connected. I am going to take it in monday and they are probably going to replace the gauge.
lol…..u dont seem to like the bike…..i dont kno i think their good beginners bikes….i mean i wudnt buy a bike from a dealership…neverever..their too damn expensive,,,and a newer bike doesnt really matter for me..
if u want to uprade….sell this bikes u can still make ur money and then get a older 600cc

Setup looks good man! So, is the fuel gauge working now? And, are you leaving your bike out like that, or parking it in a garage?
