People On Wheels, A Motorcycle Trackday Project

Shot over April 2009 at Megara Circuit in Greece for a film school project ,this video attempts to describe what goes down on a motorcycle trackday event, from a more personal perspective/POV.A big thank you to 0-300 magazine, Ms Ioanna Arvanitaki, and Mr Zafeiropoulos, for allowing me to roam free and shoot, and the friends for letting me capture their ugly mugs on glorious HD, haha.

It was like a movie. You could be a director. That was amazing. Truly amazing. The most meaningful 5/5 I ever gave. I would give it 6/5 but i cant. Keep it up.

Riding gets into your blood. When things go bad it can kill you, but when things are going well, NOTHING rivals the feeling. I have experienced the pains of a crash personally and have so many friends injured right now, but riding is something I will never stop doing. Fear isn’t forgotten, it just hasn’t caught up. It wont. I’m too damn fast….

As a student of art and an avid motorcyclists myself, it’s always great to see the “fresh” perspective a film student can bring to the sport I love so much. Excellent work. I’m sure you will go far.

is this whole thing meant to be ironic? obvious display of tech/editing skill, but seriously, laughing out loud at the pretension

Motorcycling, specifically, track days, is something either you get or you don’t. It’s in our blood and soul. This video does a great job of showing the passion that we feel every time we get to the track or go for a ride on our beloved bikes.

This video is fantastic. Excellent skills. My only complaint is that it’s not longer.
