why is it so noisey driving along ?

  2. GForceNinja says:

The footage is nice but the sound should be off.

  3. jbocalig says:

The mic captured too much of the wind noise. Other than that, the footage of the ride and scenery is high quality. Thanks for sharing your ride.

I think it’s just a test video anyways. I’m sure the noise will be cut down when incorporated into the videos. nice shots!

  6. alleywatson says:

yeah the wind noise is loud but when a track is put over the top it’ll look great. Is the volume level as far down as it will go ?

  7. vridetv says:

    Hi alleywatson,

    There are two volume settings:
Normal (setting used in this video)

Low (this setting was used on the return trip, using AVC HD 9M (HQ) video setting) This video will be posted within the next couple of weeks.

    Awesome as always mate :)
Very good video quality and smooth. Good to see you aren’t one of these guys who shakes their head around too much.
Wind noise completely normal but of course can be edited out completely or reduced for ambience while adding sound tracks as you plan to do.
I like the setup. How much for the cam?
Any other equipment required or is the cam a complete unit…SD card or Hard drive?

Amazing quality. I’m going to have to stick with my gopro for now though. Looks like a fun road to ride on too.

  14. Bikeman1087 says:

You need to cover the microphones of your camcorders, example foam is one of those that does absorb wind noise. You might also use tape little bit to protect microphones from getting wet of water if try foam. First tape then foam and probably some other so the foam doesnt fly off.

well , I like the video, but I always prefer to clear the original sound and to put music, since therefore we give a personal touch him, pity that now youtube limits much the songs with protected content
