    ey, thanks for the comment.. I didn’t know who Cyrax, so I google imaged him.. He looks totally feasible. His mouth portion looks very similar to Optimus Prime’s mouth. You could find a mask, cut OP’s mouth and spray it yellow.. I’d avoid covering the visor portion for visibility.

    Your helmet just needs to be spray painted gray, with a black wide stripe down the mid. and then for the back, you could wrap metal flex conduit (hardware store)

    the top head piece could be a 3″ pvc pipe cut about 4″ long, then you insert whatevers for the 4 long whips. I’d have to think of how to secure all that… but go!! make helmets! they’re fun.

    thing is, I haven’t put screws into the helmet yet.. I just haven’t had time.. When I do, I’ll test it, and you’ll be the first to know (besides me)..

    i went down the motorway a few weeks ago with about 30 durex in my jacket pocket, not that i was intending using all of them i was in a rush and dint want to run out, plus theyre free nhs yes uk!! lol, anyway i get to my destinastion with my woman and theyre gone, can just imagine a nice little family having their windscreen showered with rubbers!

    it weakens the shell… u wont notice until you crash and it breaks apart… that being said, you may not notice at all… since it wont work

    Suncoast (DVD movie store) had this Halo Mask on sale. I don’t think they carry it anymore, but I’ve seen the exact mask on ebay.. just look up: Halo Master Chief 2 piece mask

    I think it’s not a matter of the screw puncturing through, but because it goes through the helmet it compromises the strength of the one-piece plastic shell.

    Either way, Halo motorcycle helmet is awesome, just don’t wreck!
